Yes, we accept cash, Interac, debit, visa and master cards.

Do you accept Legal Aid Certificate clients?
Yes, we accept clients with Legal Aid Certificate.
Will you charge me for every step?
No, there are many steps where we do not charge our clients. For example, we regularly do Access to Information requests for free. You are only required to pay the $5.00 government fee.

Can we switch lawyers?
Yes, the Rules of the Law Society allow you to switch representatives.
Do you charge block (fixed vs fees)?
Yes, we offer Agreements that are based on block fees and Agreements based on hourly rates. We are flexible based on our clients’ needs.
Are your fees listed per person/applicant?
We do charge fees per client per file.
Do I have to pay Goods and Sales Tax?
We charge GST and HST (13%), per Canada Revenue Agency Rules, and this is on top of our legal fees.
If I pay your fees, can you guarantee a successful result?
No, we do not guarantee results. We manage realistic expectations.

Can you bring my family to Canada?
Immigration to Canada is case-by-case basis. We will assess and give you our opinion after intake.
Can you help us with family law issues or help us draft a will?
Yes, we accept family cases (custody and access, spousal support, etc) we also draft Last Wills and Testament, Power of Attorney, Living Trust, etc.
