Notice to the public!
Be cautious of third party, fraudulent webpages, unsolicited fax, mails, letters or emails that may be posing as coming from my law office or from a senior partner or using my name Michael Agustin Navarro, and asking to represent you on an unclaimed inheritance or insurance. I practice solo and I did NOT send any of these unsolicited correspondences. If you receive one from these third parties, report them to:
The Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre
Let us use our experience to help your legal claim.
If you need representation, give us a call.
That said, there are other and better ways to resolve family disputes, such as mediation and arbitration. We can provide assistance and representation in these alternative forms of dispute resolutions.
But in the worst case that we need to litigate, we can assist you to navigate this legal maze and represent you before the Ontario Courts or Family Courts, when needed.
Wills and Estates
Guess what? No matter how modest your wealth is, it is always a good idea to have a will. This is most especially true if you have a family who you would like to provide for when you are gone. Nobody knows when we die, or get fatally sick, or meet an accident.
By having a will, you control who will receive your estate, what and how much they will receive, when will they have it and how they will receive it.
Immigration is a volatile and very dynamic area of law that affects Canadian immigrants at some point in their life. Foreign nationals seeking temporary or permanent resident status usually go through the process themselves, most of the time, without any issues. But not all are fortunate. Some have inadmissibility issues; others, eligibility or some other issue. While others made an innocent mistake but were catastrophically characterized as misrepresentations.
Welcome to the Law Office of Michael Navarro

Atty. Michael Navarro recently represented my parents for their visa application here in Canada. I initially apply them by myself but unfortunately was refused by the Immigration for some reason. Through the help of Atty Michael, my dream to be reunited with my parents came true.
I am so grateful for his brilliant service and for his patience. He even stayed late at night to make sure all the documents were thoroughly reviewed and completed. He was so smart enough to prove the immigration that all the information we provided is true and accurate.
Thank you, Atty. Michael. You made it by the grace of God. Now, we are enjoying spending quality time with my parents. God bless you and your family.
